Pursuant to Article 13 sections 1 and 2 of the Regulation (EU) of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (hereinafter: “GDPR”) please be advised that:

 

1) ZEKON Sp. z o. o. with its registered office in Ruda Śląska, ul. Szyb Walenty 103, is the Controller of your personal data.

2) the Personal Data Controller appointed the Data Protection Officer who may be contacted via e-mail address: rodo@zekon.pl or in writing at the Controller’s address with an annotation “DPO”.

3) your personal data, i.e. your name, e-mail address or telephone number, will be processed in order to:
– sign and perform the contract concluded, file complaints or make inquiries,
– grant guarantees,
– launch marketing activities.

4) In connection with the purposes referred to above, recipients of your personal data may include entities acting as intermediaries in the performance of contractual duties by the Controller, e.g. IT service providers, accountants, law firms.

5) Disclosure of your personal data is voluntary but it is necessary to achieve the above purposes.

6) Your personal data will be retained for the period necessary for the proper performance of the contract and for the duration of the guarantee granted.

7) You have the right of access to your data, request rectification, deletion or limiting the processing of your data.

8) You have the right to object to further processing, and if you have given consent to the processing of data, you have the right to withdraw it. The exercise of the right to withdraw consent will not affect the processing that took place before the consent was withdrawn. A statement on withdrawal of the consent to the processing of personal data should be submitted in writing to the Data Controller’s address.

9) You also have the right to transfer data.

10) You have the right to file a complaint with the supervisory body, i.e. the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, if you decide that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR.

 

Pursuant to Article 7 section 1 of the GDPR, I state that I consent to the processing by the Controller, namely ZEKON Sp. z o. o. with its registered office in Ruda Śląska, ul. Szyb Walenty 103, of my personal data for the purposes presented in the information clause.
The above consent has been given on a voluntary basis, in accordance with Article 4 section 11 of the GDPR.
